Our Mission
Supporting a biblical worldview, we partner with homeschooling families by
providing space, supervision and accountability for learning.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide oversight and care for “our children,” supporting them academically and spiritually so that our children will learn to become productive citizens in our community learning to become givers and helpers in the community. . . becoming disciples of Christ and viewing their purpose through the lens of scripture. Our children will think about the welfare of others, and not just themselves (Phil 2:4) and will have the heart to serve and to give to others and to the cause of Christ (Psalm 143:10). Hoping to branch out into neighboring counties and states providing the same options for families, everywhere. Home School Solutions is a place where learning begins with God. . . A place bringing safety, security, and hope to all who attend through the learning of His word. (Psalm 121:1)
Shared Responsibility
Our model for learning exist through a shared responsibility between the student, parent(s), and educational facilitators. Specifically, our team of highly qualified educators, works to supervise, tutor, evaluate, re-direct, and support a routine during the school day helping to keep your child on task. Our team will also support the process for transitioning from public school to homeschool by working closely with families, and our community partners. We additionally provide opportunities for end of the year assessments, and family conferences for enhanced individual learning. Additionally, a Family Orientation is is offered prior to each new school year.
Statement of Faith
We believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God, and is inspired, inerrant and infallible. (2 Timothy 3:16) Thus, the Bible, we believe is “God breathed” coming from God, and that His word is without error, is truth, and is incapable of being wrong.
We believe that there is only one God who is eternally existent in three persons. (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit as revealed in Genesis 1:1; John 9:35,10:30 and 14:16-26.
We believe in the deity of Jesus as God, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, and His resurrection from the grave. (Matthew 1:18, John 1:4, Acts1:11, and I Thessalonians 4:16-17).
We believe in eternity. (That Heaven and Hell exist, and that those who are not saved will be eternally separated from God.) (Mark 16:16; John 5:29)
We believe that each person who has surrendered their life is indwelled by the Holy Spirit of God who enables them to live a godly life in accordance to Scripture. (John 6:37-40)
Educational Philosophy
We believe that learning begins with God. The Bible is clear, and states the following:
- “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and
instruction.” (Proverbs 1:7) - “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good
understanding. To him belongs eternal praise. (Psalm 11:10) - “It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the father, comes to Me.” (James 6:45)
- “All your sons will be taught of the Lord; And the well-being of your sons will be great. (Isaiah 54:13)
- Now as to the love of the brethren, you have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another; (1 This. 4:9)
- Therefore, be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.” (Ephesians 5:12)
- “He awakens me morning by morning; He awakens my ear to listen as a disciple.” (Isaiah 50:4)
Thus, because learning begins with God, our educational philosophy builds on that truth providing a routine of prayer, scripture reading, and study centering around our core beliefs that the bible is the word of God. Therefore, learning subject matter such as math, science, history, language, reading, and other will be well supported by these truths.
